Welcome to the Land of the Rising Sun: Forza Horizon 6 is Here!
The wait is finally over. The adrenaline-pumping world of Forza Horizon 6 has officially landed in Japan, bringing players into a breathtaking landscape where neon-lit cities meet serene mountains. Whether you are an Early Access player or joining the fray starting May 19, your journey to becoming a Horizon Legend begins now.
From the roaring engines in the streets of Tokyo to the drifting mastery required on the Touge roads, Japan offers an unparalleled racing experience. But the biggest question on every player’s mind is: What is the fastest car in Forza Horizon 6?
🏎️ The Speed King: The 2025 GR GT Prototype
If you are searching for the fastest car in Forza Horizon 6, look no further than the stunning cover car: the 2025 GR GT Prototype. This engineering marvel is designed for pure velocity, serving as the finale of the Prologue and the gold standard for speed in the game. If you want to dominate the highways of Japan, this is the vehicle you need in your garage.
Starting Your Adventure: The Prologue Experience
Before you can claim the title of Legend, you must prove your skills. The game kicks off with a cinematic introduction that takes you through the diverse regions of Japan. You won’t just be driving; you’ll be experiencing the culture of speed:
- Hokubu Region: Tear through open fields in a 2024 Nissan GT-R Nismo, racing alongside bullet trains.
- Snowy Terrain: Tackle the wild landscapes with the 2021 RJ Anderson #37 Polaris RZR Pro 4 Truck.
- The Iconic Touge: Master the mountain passes using a 1995 Porsche 911 GT2, challenging rivals in the BMW M2 and Toyota GR Supra.
- Nangan Region: Experience a heart-stopping jump as a rocket launches from the Irokawa Space Center!
Your Path to Becoming a Horizon Legend
Creating your character is just the beginning. Once you meet your guides, Mei and Jordy, you’ll receive your Collection Journal—your roadmap to discovering every secret Japan has to offer.
Conquering Tokyo City
Your first major stop is Tokyo City, the largest urban area in Forza history. Here, you’ll experience your first official race in a borrowed 1998 Nissan Silvia K’s Aero. Completing this event unlocks the full suite of multiplayer modes, including the intense Touge Showdown and The Eliminator.
The Wristband System
Progression in Forza Horizon is measured by Wristbands. You start with the Horizon Qualifiers, earning points across events like Speed Traps and Time Attacks to secure your first Wristband. As you progress from Yellow to the coveted Golden Wristband, you’ll unlock higher-tier cars and eventually gain access to Legend Island and the legendary Goliath race.
Hidden Treasures and Creative Freedom
Forza Horizon 6 isn’t just about the finish line; it’s about the journey. Explore the map to find:
- Aftermarket Cars: Second-hand vehicles and rare Forza Editions hidden on the roads.
- Treasure Cars: Use photo clues to find and restore abandoned classics (the return of Barn Finds!).
- The Estate: Purchase the Yashiki House to unlock a fully customizable mountain valley where you can build permanent structures for friends to visit.
Custom Garages and Personalization
Express your style with upgraded customization. For the first time, you can apply liveries and decals directly to windows. Furthermore, the new Customizable Garages allow you to design the interior of your showroom from scratch, adding furniture and lighting to showcase your collection of the fastest cars in Forza Horizon 6.
