Ondas Inc. (ONDS) Delivers Robust Preliminary 2025 Results and Confirms 2026 Revenue Guidance

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – March 20, 2026 – Ondas Inc. (Nasdaq:ONDS) (“Ondas” or the “Company”), a leading innovator in autonomous aerial and ground robot intelligence through its Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) business and provider of private wireless solutions via Ondas Networks, today announced revised preliminary results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. The Company will release its final results on March 25, 2026.

Since the initial preliminary release on March 9, 2026, management has refined its financial close procedures and accounting estimates, notably the net change in the fair value of the warrant liability. This adjustment is projected to result in a net gain of approximately $102 million for both the fourth quarter and full year 2025.

Revised Preliminary Financial Highlights

Fourth Quarter 2025

Revenue: Expected between $29.1 and $30.1 million, surpassing previous guidance of $27 to $29 million.
Net Income: Projected between $82.9 million and $83.4 million.
Adjusted EBITDA (Non-GAAP): Anticipated between $(9.9) and $(9.4) million.

Full Year 2025

Revenue: Expected between $49.7 and $50.7 million, exceeding prior guidance of $47.6 to $49.6 million.
Net Income: Projected between $50.4 million and $50.9 million.
Adjusted EBITDA (Non-GAAP): Anticipated between $(31.5) million and $(31) million.

Ondas reaffirms its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $170-$180 million, excluding any impact from new acquisitions announced in 2026.

As of December 31, 2025, the Company held approximately $551 million in cash and cash equivalents. Furthermore, Ondas successfully raised approximately $1 billion in a subsequent financing round on January 12, 2026.
