Canadiens Launch Exciting Playoff 50/50 Raffle – Jackpot Expected to Exceed $900,000!
Montreal Canadiens fans, get ready for a thrilling chance to win big while supporting a fantastic cause! The Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation is proud to announce a special playoff edition of its popular 50/50 raffle, offering incredible prizes and a growing jackpot throughout the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Tickets are now available for purchase online at 5050.canadiens.com.
How the Raffle Works
This isn’t your typical game-by-game raffle. All ticket sales from every playoff round – both home and away games – are combined into a single, massive jackpot. Instead of multiple winners, one lucky participant will take home half of the total amount raised for the entire round. The grand prize draw will take place at 12:00 p.m. (ET) the day following the conclusion of each playoff round.
For the opening series against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the estimated jackpot is already exceeding $900,000 – potentially making it the largest in team history! Last year’s Round 1 jackpot reached an impressive $837,750.
Boost Your Chances with the Bonus Raffle!
Want even more opportunities to win? Fans can opt into the Bonus Raffle for just $10 with each regular 50/50 ticket purchase. This add-on gives you a chance to win one of five incredible bonus prizes, including:
- $25,000 Cash Prize
- A Caribbean Cruise for Two
- A Game-Worn Nick Suzuki Jersey from the 2026 Playoffs
- Tickets to a Canadiens Game at the Bell Centre for the 2026-27 Season
- Passes to the îLESONIQ, LASSO, and OSHEAGA Festivals
Bonus Raffle prizes will be drawn randomly at the end of the Canadiens’ playoff run, with all winning numbers announced on 5050.canadiens.com.
Supporting a Worthy Cause: Bleu Blanc Bouge
Participating in the 50/50 raffle isn’t just about winning; it’s about giving back to the community. Half of the total pot is awarded to the lucky winner, while the remaining proceeds support the Foundation’s flagship Bleu Blanc Bouge program. This initiative promotes healthy, active lifestyles among underprivileged youth across Quebec.
Through Bleu Blanc Bouge, over 250,000 children benefit each year from programs like the construction of refrigerated outdoor community rinks in low-income neighbourhoods and the introduction to sports like ice skating and ball hockey. Currently, there are 15 multisport rinks across the province, with two more under construction in Sorel-Tracy and Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
Important Note: Participants must be 18 years of age or older and physically located in the province of Quebec at the time of purchase.
