This move marks Toronto’s second key addition to their center-back corps this offseason, following the free agency signing of veteran Walker Zimmerman. His career also includes successful stints with Brazilian top-flight clubs Palmeiras, Coritiba, and Fortaleza, securing eight trophies during his time with Palmeiras.
