Hagens’ development began with the United States National Team Development Program (USNTDP) where he spent two seasons (2022-24). The Hauppauge, New York native has proudly represented the United States on the international stage, participating in two IIHF World Junior Championships (2025, 2026) and two IIHF U-18 Men’s World Championships (2023, 2024).
