The alert was issued early Thursday morning, prompting an urgent search across the Las Vegas valley.

According to NLVPD, Leilani Williams (also known as Leilani Duke) was last seen at an apartment complex near Martin L. King Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue at approximately 1:40 a.m. Roderick Duke is believed to be the perpetrator.
