UPDATE – January 15, 2026 – 9:33 p.m.: Great news, Lloydminster! Power has been fully restored across the community. City facilities, including Archie Miller Arena, Bioclean Aquatic Centre, Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre, Russ Robertson Arena, and Servus Sports Centre, will reopen tomorrow, Friday, January 16th, during their regular operating hours. All morning programming at these facilities will proceed as planned.
Earlier Updates: Facilities Temporarily Closed Due to Power Outage
UPDATE – January 15, 2026 – 5:10 p.m.: Due to the continuing power outage, several City of Lloydminster facilities will remain closed for the remainder of the evening on Thursday, January 15th, 2026. These include Bioclean Aquatic Centre, Russ Robertson Arena, Archie Miller Arena, Servus Sports Centre, and the Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre. Reopening is anticipated tomorrow morning, contingent on full power restoration. We will share further updates as they become available.
