Harley-Davidson Dealership Thefts: Motorcycle Club Members Charged

Harrisburg, PA – Three members of the Guerilla Motorcycle Club, a chapter of the Maryland-based Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club, are facing serious charges in connection with a series of thefts targeting Harley-Davidson dealerships throughout Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General announced the arrests of Jermaine Holland, Jennifer M. Heist, and Craig Grinage on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

The trio is accused of felony corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, robbery, and related offenses. Authorities allege they were responsible for the theft of five motorcycles from dealerships located in Bucks, Dauphin, Lehigh, Monroe, and York counties between April 2, 2025, and July 20, 2025. The stolen motorcycles are collectively valued at nearly $200,000.

Details of the Thefts

According to investigators, the suspects employed a coordinated tactic. Typically, one member would make a minor purchase within the dealership as a distraction while another simultaneously stole a motorcycle. In one particularly alarming incident at a dealership in Manchester Township, York County, Jermaine Holland allegedly robbed a customer at gunpoint, stealing their motorcycle.

“This brazen and violent group made a big mistake coming into the Commonwealth to commit crimes,” stated Attorney General Dave Sunday in a press release. “With our law enforcement partners in Maryland, we have built cases that will put a stop to this pattern of lawlessness.”

Cooperation with Maryland Authorities

The investigation highlights a collaborative effort between Pennsylvania and Maryland law enforcement. Authorities have also charged other members of the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club with similar thefts occurring in Maryland, suggesting a wider pattern of criminal activity. This coordinated approach is crucial in dismantling organized crime rings that operate across state lines.

The suspects, currently in custody in Maryland, will be arraigned on the charges in Pennsylvania at a later date. The timing of their extradition remains unclear.
