All Boivin: Major Arrests Disrupt Criminal Networks in Quebec
Wednesday, January 21, 2026 – Authorities executed two significant, simultaneous raids Wednesday morning, resulting in the arrests of individuals connected to drug trafficker All Boivin and associates linked to the Hells Angels. A widespread series of arrests began early Wednesday in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region and the greater Montreal area.
This action represents the final phase of a comprehensive investigation initiated several months ago by the Saguenay Regional Mixed Squad (ERMS). In May of last year, searches related to the same investigation yielded the seizure of over $340,000, 13 long guns, a handgun, 4 kg of cocaine, a stun gun, two bear sprays, an automatic knife, and a dozen cell phones. Nine individuals were arrested at that time and interviewed by investigators before being released pending further proceedings.
“Today’s sweep of arrests is a direct continuation of the investigation project, with the arrest and appearance in court of these nine individuals, in addition to two others, for a total of 11,” explained Hugues Beaulieu, spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec (SQ).
Targeting All Boivin’s Network
The operation aims to dismantle the criminal activities of a group operating under the direction of All Boivin and to apprehend its key members. It’s important to note that Boivin severed ties with the Blood Family Mafia (BFM) in the past year and is now operating under a different group, the North Savage Gang (NSG). This shift in allegiance has made him a significant target for law enforcement.
According to sources, Boivin’s cousin and her spouse, along with their son and another young relative of Boivin, were arrested during Wednesday morning’s raid. “Furthermore, we would like to point out that a reward of up to $100,000 is still offered by the Bolo Program for information leading to his arrest,” added Mr. Beaulieu regarding All Boivin. You can find more information about the Bolo Program and the reward here.
Hells Angels Affiliates Also Targeted
Concurrently, the National Crime Organized Crime Repression Squad (ENRCO) conducted a wave of arrests in several regions of the province, targeting crimes related to weapons, drugs, and stolen property. Whether coincidence or a calculated strike, this time the focus was on members of a network affiliated with the Hells Angels, rivals of both the BFM and the NSG.
“Ten men and two women, aged between 22 and 68, were arrested on arrest warrants, including the ringleader, for offenses committed between 2020 and 2025,” confirmed Béatrice Dorsainville of the SQ.
All but one of those arrested are scheduled to appear in court Wednesday to face charges including drug trafficking, unauthorized possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of criminally obtained property, and laundering the proceeds of crime. “The operation stems from an investigation that began in 2024 […] These arrests are linked to searches conducted in February, May and December 2025,” specified Ms. Dorsainville.
This coordinated effort demonstrates the commitment of law enforcement to dismantling organized crime networks and bringing those responsible to justice.
