Lamar Jackson Leads the Baltimore Ravens into a New Era
The Baltimore Ravens are poised for a significant refresh in 2026, signaling a new chapter for the franchise. This transformation isn’t limited to the sidelines; it extends to the field with the unveiling of brand new uniforms. The highly anticipated uniform collection, designed for the next generation of Ravens football, will be revealed at a PSL event on Thursday, April 16th, at Merriweather Post Pavilion.
This marks the first uniform overhaul in 26 years for the Ravens, a testament to the iconic status of their current look. “From the outset, our objective was clear: evolve a uniform that has become iconic, and only move forward if we could truly make it better,” explained Senior Vice President of Marketing Brad Downs. “After more than two years of design, iteration, and collaboration, we believe we’ve done just that—delivering a look that feels both modern and unmistakably Ravens.”
A History of Ravens Uniform Evolution
The Ravens have a rich history of uniform adjustments. The introduction of the “Purple Rising” helmet in 2024 and the all-purple Color Rush combination in 2016 demonstrate the team’s willingness to innovate while honoring its core identity. The original Ravens uniforms were first unveiled on June 5, 1996, and have undergone subtle changes over the past three decades. Explore the full uniform evolution here.
