SNL Tonight: Mark Your Calendars – Saturday Night Live is Coming Back!
For fans of sharp wit and hilarious sketches, the wait is almost over! Saturday Night Live (SNL) is set to return after a brief hiatus. After a fantastic run of episodes featuring some of the biggest names in entertainment, viewers have been eagerly anticipating the show’s comeback. So, when can you expect your weekly dose of SNL?
A Brief Hiatus Explained
It’s been three weeks since a new episode graced our screens, with the last airing on January 31st. But don’t worry, the break wasn’t without reason. NBC confirmed that programming was preempted to make way for the Winter Olympics. However, the good news is that SNL is officially scheduled to return on Saturday, February 28th!
Who’s Hosting and Performing?
Get ready to welcome Connor Storrie, known for his role in “Heated Rivalry,” as he makes his hosting debut! Joining him will be the incredibly talented Mumford & Sons, who are returning to the SNL stage for their fourth performance. This promises to be a dynamic and entertaining night.
And the excitement doesn’t stop there! NBC has also confirmed a new episode on March 14th, the week following Ryan Gosling’s highly anticipated return. While the host and musical guest for that episode remain a mystery, you can bet it will be another night of unforgettable comedy.
Recent Hosts & A Look Back
January saw a stellar lineup of hosts kick off 2026. Finn Wolfhard led the charge, followed by the captivating performances of Teyana Taylor and Alexander Skarsgård. These episodes set a high bar for the rest of the season, and we expect nothing less from the upcoming shows.
Where to Watch SNL
New episodes of Saturday Night Live air live at 11:30 p.m. ET / 8:30 p.m. PT on NBC. If you miss the live broadcast, don’t fret! Episodes are available for streaming the very next day on Peacock.
