Festival d’été de Québec 2026: Lineup Reveal & What to Expect

Festival d’été de Québec 2026: The Lineup is Almost Here!

Quebec City is buzzing with anticipation! In just a few hours, the best-kept secret in town will be revealed as the Festival d’été de Québec (FEQ) unveils its 2026 lineup. Scheduled to take place from July 9th to 19th on the historic Plains of Abraham and other stages, the festival promises another year of unforgettable musical experiences.

All eyes are on the clock as we await confirmation of the rumours swirling around artists like Gwen Stefani, The Lumineers, Limp Bizkit, and Michael Bublé. Will these headliners grace the stage this summer? We’ll know for sure at noon!

A Stage Like No Other

The Festival d’été de Québec isn’t just another music festival; it’s a career highlight for artists. As programmer Louis Bellavance explained in a past interview, “What we offer is consecration. For a Quebec artist, it’s the biggest show you can do, and it’s the biggest an international artist can do in Canada too. That’s what Bon Jovi, Imagine Dragons, or anyone would tell you. It’s not chauvinism, it’s factual. There aren’t crowds like this anywhere else.”

Indeed, Imagine Dragons is part of an exclusive group of three headliners – alongside Pitbull and Post Malone – who drew such massive crowds that festival organizers had to close access to the Plains of Abraham during their performances. Based on festival data, these shows attracted nearly 100,000 attendees each!

Capacity & Anticipation

Two years ago, the Plains of Abraham stage underwent a slight relocation westward, increasing the site’s capacity by an estimated 10,000 spectators. Will a 2026 headliner fill the expanded venue to its maximum? The speculation begins as soon as the lineup is announced.

The Festival d’été de Québec consistently delivers world-class entertainment, and 2026 promises to be no exception. Stay tuned for the official announcement and get ready to experience the magic of FEQ!
