Summer House Season 10: A New Chapter Begins

As Kyle Cooke famously stated, “Summer should be fun.” And with the premiere of Season 10 of Summer House on February 3rd, viewers are bracing for a summer filled with just that – fun, drama, and plenty of unexpected twists. This season introduces six fresh faces to the iconic Hamptons share house, joining seven returning houseguests as they navigate the complexities of friendship, love, and life.

Meet the Housemates

Returning to stir up the summer vibes are Amanda Batula, Kyle Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard, Ciara Miller, Carl Radke, Jesse Solomon, and West Wilson. They’ll be welcoming newcomers Mia Calabrese, KJ Dillard, Dara Levitan, Levi Sebree, Bailey Taylor, and Ben Waddell. KJ Dillard, notably, has Arizona roots, born in the Grand Canyon State before moving to Kansas City.

A Season of Change

Season 10 arrives amidst significant personal changes for the cast. The recent announcement of Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke’s divorce after nearly 11 years together casts a shadow over the house, promising emotional storylines and a redefinition of relationships. Adding to the shift, this season marks the first without fan-favorite Paige DeSorbo, who announced her departure in June 2025.

Spotlight on KJ Dillard

KJ Dillard, the 28-year-old pro skateboarder, model, and musician, brings a unique energy to the Summer House dynamic. Introduced as a friend of West Wilson, Dillard has been open about his long-standing battle with anxiety, using skateboarding and other adrenaline-fueled activities as coping mechanisms. He recently shared a powerful story on Instagram, revealing a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder after years of navigating attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, and depression. He described the diagnosis as “life changing.” Currently single, Dillard is approaching relationships with an open mind, seeking genuine connection without feeling pressured.
