Apple’s AI Promises Lead to a Massive $250 Million Settlement
In a significant blow to the tech giant, Apple has agreed to a $250 million settlement to resolve a class-action lawsuit. If you purchased a high-end iPhone within a specific window, you might be entitled to a cash payment. The settlement covers approximately 37 million devices purchased in the United States between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025.

Depending on the number of claims filed and other legal factors, eligible owners could receive a payment ranging from $25 to $95 per device. Apple has stated that affected customers will be notified via email or physical mail with instructions on how to file a claim through a dedicated settlement website.
