Tom Fitzgerald Leaves New Jersey Devils After Significant Impact
NEWARK, NJ – April 6, 2026 – In a surprising announcement, New Jersey Devils Managing Partner David Blitzer revealed today that Tom Fitzgerald will be leaving the organization. Fitzgerald’s journey with the Devils began as interim General Manager on January 12, 2020, before earning a full-time promotion to Executive Vice President/General Manager on July 9, 2020.
