School Closing and Delays Announced for Charles County Public Schools – February 23, 2026

Due to severe inclement weather conditions, all Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026. This decision has been made to ensure the safety of students, staff, and families.

Code Two Delay for CCPS Staff

For Charles County Public Schools staff who adhere to the Code Two system, a two-hour delayed arrival is in effect. Please plan accordingly and prioritize safe travel.
